EZPAWN (1991 Farm to Market 1960 Road West, Houston) — Local services in Spring

Called Ez Pawn before arriving to ensure they would allow me to bring my items in for a temp loan. I spoke with the Store manger Ms.V, her voice over the phone was so welcoming, and she ensured that 1 of her Staff members would be able to assist me as soon as i came in. She was so nice and welcoming answering all my questions she could over the phone. When i arrived to the store i asked for Ms.Angie, she pleasantly greeted me told me the process. While authenticating my items she was so helpful with the process ensuring me , she would help in the best way possible and she did just that! She ensured i was aware at every step advising me of the best possible outcome for each item. Ms.Angie went over and beyond to Help me and my son in our time of need. I also had an amazing encounter with Ms.Trish, as she had to take over for Ms.Angie. Ms.Trish was amazing at picking up where Ms.Angie left off. This entire store is Amazing! You guys literally saved me and my son at the very last min! I couldn’t be more thankful for running into these 3 Heaven sent Angels! Walked in to this horrible place when I was standing in line it was other people looking at stuff so I get to the counter and Jenny said she has been waiting but remind u the lady was looking at tablets when I walked in she was not in line so she Jenny stated she was in line and she was not in line because she was looking at merchandise when I walked in so she help the lady before me. Then a guy with a gun walks in and she said the manger with braids and glasses states to him the time to do gun is close and she still went and help him and Jenny proceeds to go back and forth with me when I tell her that is very rude well mam he comes first with a gun How and she just told him it was closed and she said mam u cut this lady I stated to her how and she was looking at merchandise this place hires any one should be wrote up for arguing with a customer when I ask for the district manger she states she works all stores She had just walked out and told her to fix watches that was on...

Went in to this place for the first time for starters no one greeted any of the customers! The wait to get serviced is a joke.. tried to sell a diamond ring the lady with the bald head tells me that that their diamond tester isn’t working and I’m just like don’t you think it should be some sort of courtesy or note informing your customers that are selling or pawning jewelry that your tester is down. Customer service in general was just horrible. And merchandise wise it is over priced !! That’s why it’s so much sh** in there it’s literally three stores in one clearly their district manager hasn’t been in to walk through the store example they had a Nintendo switch priced at 295$$ it’s cheaper than that brand new.
