I had hair in my food wrap around my plantain and my chicken was not cooked all the way. It still contain blood in my chicken. Called the Manager that was on duty and was told to come to the store and receive and refund. Came back to the store and was not given refund nor any replacement food but was rudely ignored by workers and laughed at by male Hispanic workers. Supervisor and store manager completely ignored me and my wife for 20 mins m. Prior on coming to business supervisor that told us to come back and receive a refund, walked out extremely fast, but she was not at work that day, which was Thursday march 20. I called the same supervisor on Wednesday night because my order was wrong and I had food that had hair in it. She told me to come back the next day. Receive a refund, but I told her no just replace the food but the manager and store manager refused to honor what she said and rudely ignored my wife and I 830 on Thursday, March 20. And other times like today (October 2024) when they weren’t paying attention to my order and made me wait more than 20 minutes. I had to come inside to talk to someone because they asked me to move forward and I wasn’t closer to the window, when I came no one was on the register and I saw the employees fixing churros even though I was the next person in line and I didn’t order that. The finally gave me my order and I left in a hurry because my son was late for a class. When we finally sat for dinner, his order was missing.
