I had hair in my food wrap around my plantain and my chicken was not cooked all the way. It still contain blood in my chicken. Called the Manager that was on duty and was told to come to the store and receive and refund. Came back to the store and was not given refund nor any replacement food but was rudely ignored by workers and laughed at by male Hispanic workers. Supervisor and store manager completely ignored me and my wife for 20 mins m. Prior on coming to business supervisor that told us to come back and receive a refund, walked out extremely fast, but she was not at work that day, which was Thursday march 20. I called the same supervisor on Wednesday night because my order was wrong and I had food that had hair in it. She told me to come back the next day. Receive a refund, but I told her no just replace the food but the manager and store manager refused to honor what she said and rudely ignored my wife and I 830 on Thursday, March 20. horrible customer service I've had the worst experience ever at this location tonight requested for them not to put the salsa cans with the little flimsy tops in the bag with my food because it's happen numerous times where the salsa spells all over the plates not only they did put that in the bag and it happened as soon as I got to my house I try to open my bag salsa spill everywhere onto my carpet too then when I go check my food they charged me $26 for two nachos that supposed to be beef and one supposed to be chicken why they had no meat or chicken in them I work hard and I had a long day a 12-hour shift got off work at 9 when and order this food waited at the window for 30 minutes to get my food just to drive all the way home and realize they put no beef or chicken in the nachos had to come back to return their food and demand my money wish they don't understand it's not about the money when you work long hours and haven't even had lunch it's...

I like their food but their service standards are a matter of luck. I’ve been a customer for six years, there are times when they are kind, fast, and efficient. And other times like today (October 2024) when they weren’t paying attention to my order and made me wait more than 20 minutes. I had to come inside to talk to someone because they asked me to move forward and I wasn’t closer to the window, when I came no one was on the register and I saw the employees fixing churros even though I was the next person in line and I didn’t order that. The finally gave me my order and I left in a hurry because my son was late for a class. When we finally sat for dinner, his order was missing. I tried to call the restaurant and their phones disconnect automatically after a short intro. I only go back because I like their food, but this is the last time I patronize...
