Jazmin is one of the the best employees this facility has. Sheis always courteous and takes the time to tell you about their products and promotions and my drink is always on point I am a regular n when say regular it's daily I gave all 5 STARS because of Jasmin and the younger lady worker and the guy (who I haven't seen in awhile) all are great thanks for making sure your LOYAL customers are taken care n prices explained prior to mixing drinks n thanks for mixing my drink just like I prefer esp you Jasmin. Just know I love your energy always smiling and ready to serve you are the reason I come there tho I live off Aldine Westfield closer to several other shops your positive energy and attitude what makes me a loyal customer. But as with any business one bad apple almost made u lose a few customers because I bring customers along with me and refer you.Theres always that one though I still gave all fives because I no longer come in the morning on her shift or the days she works nights so other than the two encounters with Shelby or Shelly my overall experience is a five I just ensure not ever come on the days she's there again I'm a loyal customer n figured out her schedule and I don't come early during the day or the two days a week she may work during the night I never leave reviews but she's slow rude and has attitude when asked to do my drink the way I'm use to getting it and on top of that I get the same drink EVERY TIME AMD WHEN SHE WORKS MY PRICE IS DIFFERENT EVERY TIME HOW IS THAT SHE ALWAYS COMES UP WITH SOMETHING I GET A HURRICANE WITH WATERMELON N ONE SHOT OF PATRON MY PRICE SHOULD BE A LIL OVER $14 not $16-17. There is this one white lady who never puts the shots I paid for in my drinks so I stop buying shots and would get my drink how it comes but recently on this past Sunday June 29.2025.. t My husband wanted went and got a half gallon with 5 shots and she did not put not 1 in there the drink was not even strong as it should .. Can't really give an honest gauge of this place been a month and a half since last visit ( used to be twice a week). It's buisness suffers a bit due too location, staffing amd if rumors are right ethnic differential (they are not of a certain race so people don't support them, which I say is bull if you think this wat about food in general). The drinks are always good for as long as I have gone there (second week of opening). I prefer them over any other daquiri place sue to flavor and they have a drive thru ( incredibly fearful of social interaction with large groups) candy shack does not ( I don't like candy all that much either) and The wards daquiri ( 1960 and ella) has people from louisiana always there so I never have had a chance...
