Got a permanent bracelet in November. I looked at the pricing, $85 for a bracelet and $25 for a charm (was not actually informed how much the charm would be). This already seemed pretty steep. I ended up paying $136, I don’t know how much of that was tip or if they added extra fees. I went out of town the next day and within 20 hours the bracelet was already off. Luckily I found it and got it rebonded a few weeks later as all there events are 30min+ away from me. When getting it replaced, I waited over an hour for other people to get their bracelets done. The girl that replaced it said it was bonded incorrectly but she “fixed” it. However, my “permanent” bracelet just fell off again (6 months after getting it rebonded). I did not find it this time so it will not be free. They will give me a “discount” of half off, but that would still make me $180 in deep with this company. I know many people who have gotten these bracelets for way cheaper and have never had issues. Also, non permanent jewelry is much cheaper and does not break every few months. Y’all this company is simply the best! I got a necklace back in 2022 that had a cross pendant. I removed the necklace as I was getting married and noticed that the cross was tarnishing. Fast forward to 2024 I went back to get another necklace similar to the one I previously had and they had upgraded their cross pendant so that it wouldn’t tarnish. As soon as I sat down they remembered me and gave me the cross pendant as a free upgrade due to them wanting me to have their best product, even years later!
