On June 22. 2022 I hired H Town Steam to come to our home to clean the kitchen floor and shampoo the carpet in the living room and the master bedroom. While cleaning the kitchen floor, the hose on the machine burst, splattering cleaning solution all over the kitchen wall. Needless to say, it left a stain that would not come out. I contacted one of the owners of H Town Steam whose name is Chris to make him aware of what had happened. However, his technician had already informed him by phone as to what had happened. I texted him some pictures of the damage to the wall. I also let him know that we were not satisfied with the grout cleaning in the kitchen. He sent out a different technician a few days later to redo the kitchen floor and assess the damage done to the wall by the previous technician. I told the technician that we did not want the floors redone until the wall had been painted. I was told by the technician that this was not the first time that a hose has burst in a customer’s home. After speaking with Chris again, he agreed to cover the cost to have the wall in our kitchen painted. I have text message conversations between Chris and myself that will attest to this. I also have pictures of the damage that was done to our kitchen wall. The last time I spoke with Christ by phone was August 20th when he stated…” I was hoping that you guys would pay us for the work that we did to your floors and to your carpet so that I could use those funds to offset the cost of what I will have to pay the painter” I don’t feel that we should pay for their services until the wall in our kitchen has been painted. It is now August the 30th and our wall has still not been painted. I am more than willing to pay H Town Steam what is owed to them after they pay for the wall in our kitchen...

I would not waste my money for their services and look somewhere else for better quality of service. I am not very satisfied with the overall service or professionalism of this company. My husband booked an appointment on Thursday April 24th and got a text confirming the date and time. He left work early to be home in time for our appointment. After the appointment time we reached out asking if anyone was going to be coming and that’s when we were told they had no one who could come and would have to come that Friday. If we wouldn’t have reached out they weren’t going to tell us or ask to reschedule us. Although this was already very unprofessional, we went ahead and agreed for someone to come out first thing that Friday morning. We had family coming in from out of town and really needed our carpets cleaned and a pet treatment. When we were serviced it took the man less than 45 minutes to do 3 bedrooms, a dining room, and hallway. The service was rushed and we still had a lot of pee spots that you could see. The rooms still smelt like dog pee as well. We called back and voiced our concerns and they told us they would have someone come back out because they aim to have all of their customers satisfied. This past Saturday May 3rd was the next available date that worked for our schedule and theirs. The man that came out to do the service was very rude and rushing again. He wanted me to show him the spots and said he would not be redoing the service only cleaning the spots. I told him the room still smells like dog pee and he told me “well you have a dog”. When we took pictures and showed him the spots of pee he still said he could not see them. This was a waste of time and money. Here is only a few of the spots in one of the rooms...

4.9 stars? How? Somebody lying. I normally clean my own carpet but we had a puppy in training back in October that kept peeping at the top of the stairs. Since it been hot the smell kept coming back nothing i did work reason I figured i needed a good steam clean. 2pm I paid $90 for this man to clean my hall and stairs. He was done in under 60 seconds no lie. As he came down it was literally sprayed sucked 1x in my head Im like hmmmm aint no way but thinking he was gone do a 2nd round maybe no. I paid he left, Im not a in person complainer, I do reviews I feel do the job right the first time I should not have to complain. 7pm my carpet was still soaking wet. In my head i assumed ok maybe thats their technique that works. Now its the next day 8am why is my stairs and top hall of stairs still super wet but the rest of the hall was never super wet assuming he barely touched. I did message and ask but no response. I took my own carpet cleaner to just see if I could suction some water and my carpet is not clean at all. All this man did was soaked my carpet and deodorized it. The dog smell has not resurfaced YET so thats the only reason i gave 2 stars. Update 4/6/2025 - Carpet finally dried this morning but now will find someone else to give the stairs a...
