Subway — Restaurant in Jersey Village

I normally go on Fridays to get my sandwich for my daughter and I. About a month ago, a Hispanic, rude about 55-60 year old lady declined my daughters coupon because the meat she was trying to get “wasn’t included in the coupon.” Yet we always get the same sandwich and use the coupons that are sent to us. About one week ago I went to go get my sandwich like every Friday. And the same rude Hispanic lady didn’t want to check out my sandwich because the machine wasn’t working. But she waited until I finished giving her my whole order AND MADE MY SANDWICH. There were other people waiting there as well but some would leave as time went by. I asked her why was she taking orders if the machine didn’t work, and she says “that’s not your problem, and we are trying to fix it” yet there was 2 people in front of me waiting, and she is still taking orders!! Every time I go it’s always something with that lady!! And don’t get me started with her nasty stares, or maybe she just stares like that. I don’t know her name but someone needs...

It has been a while since I last had Subway. Ordered online for pickup. Sub was ready and waiting and waiting when I arrived only spent a min in the store. First thing I noticed was the bag that the sub came in - seemed very light. As I got home and started to unpack my sub - I understood why the bag seemed so light. A Subway sub use to be loaded with fresh veggies. I am not sure what Subways definition of "green peppers" is - this is not my definition of "green peppers." Now I know prices have gone up on everything - while I don't like it - it is a fact that we all have to get use to. A combo meal anywhere is likely to run $12-$15. What I will not accept is the significant price increase AND a reduction in the quality of food which is what Subway is trying to do - at least based on my most recent experience. July 2 2022 - DONT USE THE APP they will mess up your order! They made the sandwichs (4 of them) the regular way instead of being customized the way we order them. No cheese, no avocado which was charged extra, DO NOT LEAVE THIS PLACE UNTIL YOU CHECK YOUR ORDER!!!

NEVER have we had a problem with this location, we love ordering from here in person and online. The older ladies there are super nice! BUT today they had young girls, who cuts the sandwich with the paper? The sandwiches were all sloppy and once you pick it up everything fell out, the lettuce looked old, the bread was stiff, when we picked up they had another costumer complaining about their order being wrong.
