We bought a new 2022 GX460. The only thing we added to our new SUV was a catalytic converter theft prevention plate. As I was driving it home on the freeway I noticed there was a slight pull to the right (at 65mph). When we got home i looked at the converter plate and to my surprise all of the bolts holding the converter plate on were VERY loose. It was like they were put on and hand tightened but the bolts were not wrenched down, so I was on the floor of my garage at 9 o'clock at night fixing their oversite. Not really happy about that. We made contact via email with our online sales manager (Joe Finley) and the service manager (Rob Ochoa). We were asked to bring it back as soon as we could. I had to work so my wife brought our GX back the next morning. I was quite impressed with how my wife was treated. She was met by Finley and all of the issues were addressed fully. They checked to make sure that all the bolts on the converter plate were tight and safe. They aligned the steering and Rob would not let the vehicle leave Northside Lexus without him personally driving it to make sure that the alignment issue was fully resolved. Joe repeatedly checked in with my wife and gave her constant updates on what was going on. I give them a 5 star because all things were made right. Read moreMy dash board was severly cracked and I called their office and talk to a really sweet receptionist. She was very patient with me and managed to set me up an appointment the very same day and also warned me that replacing a new dashboard would take 3-4 hours and is best if I had someone to pick me up and drop me back when they were done. Unfortunately I didn't have a ride so I just decided to wait it out at their waiting area, which is clean and they have snacks, drinks, a TV, and lots of magazines. About 3 hours in the worker checks up on me making sure I'm okay and all and kinda giving me updates on my car. Around the estimated time my car would be done the worker came in to tell me the dash was fixed but my radio wasn't working and they would have to take the dashboard off to check where the problem was and he wasn't sure how long it would take. He offered to get me a uber driver to send me home for the night and get another uber to take me back in the morning but I personally don't trust uber. I called my boyfriend to see if he could pick me up and to my rescue he said yes and would take about 35 minutes to get to me. I started my waiting again, about 15 mins in my wait the guy working there comes up to me and tells me they fixed the problem and if I wanted to skip the free wash (takes about 15 mins).
