I was referred to Barry by two friends as I was looking for a jeweler to work with to design a custom engagement ring earlier this year. So, I reached out to Barry along with a few other jewelers. Barry immediately struck me as a genuinely good person and someone who had my best interests in mind. We met for our first consultation and he spent the entire meeting explaining the process and teaching me about the diamond and rings. He said that he wanted to give me the knowledge to make the right decisions, regardless of which jeweler I selected, which I really appreciated. After a few other meetings, I decided to work with Barry for the ring, and it was an amazing decision. Over the next several months, Barry worked with me to design and create the perfect engagement ring. We had a lot of back and forth and he was very responsive. He answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns that I had. It was like he was designing the ring for himself or someone in his family. He had a high attention to detail and took all of my input along the way to create the ring. My girlfriend said yes (obviously, how could she not with that ring!). After the engagement, my fiancée and myself went to visit Barry to slightly adjust the size and discuss how to care for the ring. I know that if I ever have any questions or need anything for the ring, I can go to Barry. I also plan to use Barry for other jewelry in the future! Awesome!!!!! Barry the owner took time to help me get exactly what I was looking for for my husband! I went elsewhere before knowing about this place and it was a really sketchy feeling I got. Came here and told them what had happend to me and they were all over the place nice offering to help, and earned my business all the while they were helping. I ended up having to order a necklace for my husband instead of leaving the same day with one... Barry assured me it would be there no later than Tuesday of the following week and because our anniversary was on Friday, he printed out a picture of the necklace and cut it out and wrapped it in a box for me incase my necklace was going to be there as late as Tuesday... I left there very happy!!! Friday morning; the day of our anniversary; I get a call from them saying that the necklace was in!!!!! I was able to give my husband his necklace on time and he loved it so much!!! It was/is beautiful!!!!
