I don’t understand the 5 star reviews honestly. I ordered takeout and the pizza is probably half cooked and has absolutely no flavor. It’s supposed to have caramelized onions but the 5 onions on it are maybe 2 minutes sautéed. It’s also supposed to have hot honey and 100% does not. It’s extremely soggy and I can’t even rip the slices off without the entire pizza falling apart. This pizza is not worth the price and there are far better pizza spots in delco. I really wanted to give this place a try because of the reviews, but I am upset that I even spent money here when I could’ve used it to order pizza somewhere else. The pizza is extremely small for the price as well. I would’ve rather gone to 320 or icon for a pie.
UPDATE TO MY POST SINCE I CANNOT RESPOND TO OWNER DIRECTLY:
I did NOT get a refund. Not from DoorDash nor the establishment which I made very clear on the phone. DoorDash provided me a $5 credit for reporting quality issues and submitting photos of the pizza. I’m far from a con. I’ve worked in this industry and would’ve gladly changed my review IF the owner actually considered approaching me as a customer instead of mocking me and laughing on the phone. Bad nights happen and mistakes happen in the kitchen but owner claimed he wouldn’t consider to make it right due to my review (while laughing). My original service rating was 2/5 based on speed of delivery. When ordering takeout delivery is service? I’m not any type of spy or sponsor as you would say. I’m a tired parent who decided to resort to pizza for my family tonight and wanted to take a stab at somewhere new. Didn’t realize I’d be signing up for a google battle with an immature owner.
Lastly, I will not dine here again and the way this has been approached is extremely concerning and repulsive. The food industry is tough and things happen but if you want to be successful as a business try to do right by your customers… don’t mock them and accuse them of...
Read more$18 a plain cheese pizza (competitor is $12.99), smaller than everyone else in the business at 14" instead of 16" diameter, super greasy, and the worst combination of sauce and bread I've ever tasted. Absolutely terrible. Walk down one block to their competitor whose been there for decades, you'll be thankful you did. Why anyone would open a pizza place on the same street one block away from a cheaper and better competitor and directly across the street from an Italian restaurant... I'll never know. Do yourself a favor and just avoid this location permanently; the last three pizza places at this address were terrible and the building keeps changing hands for obvious reasons. You can't make money when your product is trash and more expensive than the place less than two minutes...
Read moreI'm a big fan of pizza and love to try different pizza wherever i go and i have to say, this is some of the best pizza i have ever tasted. Not too sweet and not too spicy, just the right mix of both and bursting with flavor in the sauce. The crust has been consistently cooked to a perfect crisp with every pie we have ordered. Lots of options for customizing your pizza but the provolone pie with pepperoni is the wife and I's fav while the kids absolutely love the plain with mild sausage or the margarita pie. This place was recommended to me by a friend about 3 months ago and it's been my friday night pizza ever since. Dare i say... this is possibly the best tasting pizza in Delco right...
