This place has potential but your one man team in there has a hard time reading CLEARLY. Specifically asked for NO BEANS. Clicked the whole NO BEANS OPTION.
WHAT IS THE POINT IN CUSTOMIZING A TACO IF YOUR ONE SINGLE EMPLOYEE IS GOING TO MAKE MY SPECIFIC ORDER THE WAY THEY LIKE THEM??? Om top of that, THE SHELLS WERE STALE BECAUSE YOU CAN'T TAKE 3 MINUTES TO COOK THEM.
All 6 tacos were tossed in the trash, almost $50 dollars in the garbage.
This place is already too expensive for something so simple. What are you charging for? The nonexistent atmosphere?? What a joke of a restaurant. I knew it was a bad idea when there was one person working and the ingredients looked aged.
This was so beyond bad, I encourage an owner to contact me immediately for a refund or else I will be charging it as fraud with my bank. EDIT TO ADD:
I called the restaurant the day of my purchase to complain, I asked for a return call and did not get one. I doubt the single employee bothered to notify anyone of my call based on the service we recieved. I also submitted a contact request a couple days after on the website. Nothing. A week later, I submitted another contact request on the website, this time demanding accountability and contact, I also threatened to stand outside of the restaurant to let everyone who came by of how horrible the restaurant/food/staff/owner are. Only at this threat did someone contact me via email BLATENTLY LYING about reaching out to me.
How can you BLATENTLY LIE about contacting a customer who has been wronged so miserably by a restaurant??
I talked to my bank about what happened. I showed them my requests as well as the lie of a response which was accepting ZERO accountability for this issue and they gave me a refund without disputing with the fraud department. WHY IS MY BANK APOLOGIZING FOR THIS EXPERIENCE YET THE BUSINESS OWNER IS NOT??!

I had refried beans and lettuce in my birria tacos I've never heard of that, there was no cheese just flavorless meat wrapped in soggy tacos, there was no consommé to dip tacos in just a hunk of meat in a ramekin. I couldn't even pick up my taco I had to try it with a fork because it was so soggy it most certainly was not prepared fresh. The tacos could not be picked up because of how soggy it was, like it had been heated up in the microwave. I ordered a large family size quaesadilla that had nothing, and I mean nothing but ground beef and the weirdest taco seasoning that made the beef powdery and the smallest amount of cheese. There was nothing else besides the meat and skimpy bit of cheese even though I asked for it to include peppers and onions. I also ordered a steak burrito, but steak was most certainly not the cut of meat used it was definitely something lean like romp roast or something. I order at least twice a week if not more. Recently due to injury I have had to place orders for delivery instead of pickup. The last of my 3 orders were incorrect. I was given pork instead of chicken in one order and everything had to be thrown away due to my child having a pork allergy. Another time all sauces on several entrees were forgotten and one was missing 2 ingredients. The last order I decided to drive to the store instead of wasting more of my hard earned money. The girls happily rectified the order issue because what I ordered was incorrect . I also asked for explanation of the new âmeat & refried beans situationâ so now when you order chicken & refried beans you no longer get a scoop of each. You donât get the seasoned diced chicken youâre used to. You get shredded chicken premixed in the refried beans yet you are still paying the additional $3 to add on chicken. Not only are you taking advantage the flavor isnât even comparable nor is the portion size. Same goes for beef.
