Very rude, I can't speak for all of them but Maureen is very rude. If you hate your job so much then don't do it. I called to ask a simple, easy, quick question and I was spoke to with so much disgust and hostility and hung up on. Not to mention how she answered the phone. I said " hello marueen, how are you?" After a few seconds of silence I got a quick and frustrated " hi"... Don't go here if you plan to use her. I had booked a trip on my own and called to ask a simple question from a professional. I was told that she works 12-14 hours a day and is not getting paid to answer a question for me and then she hung up the phone . Wow, how professional. I guess the days of simple hospitality and being kind are over. I'm a contactor and people ask me questions all day that I don't "GET PAID FOR"..friendly advise should be common place. Maureen was AMAZING with helping to plan our trip. We told her a very basic outline of what we were looking for for our honeymoon to St. Lucia and she was able to provide options to us within our price range. She is very responsive to emails, phone calls, and we had all the information we needed well before our departure date. While we were out of the country, we were even able to reach her agency in one quick phone call which put our minds at ease about our return flight question. We will certainly be using her again...
