Hot Topic — Local services in Springfield Township

Absolutely adore this store and staff, they always do such a great job in helping and welcoming guests into the store. I came in around 6 which as an hour before close and they treated me no different (some stores will be a bit rude which i understand but also appreciate when I am helped with no dirty looks haha) and had to do an exchange, return, and was looking for a shirt i bought in Polaris’ location, and the staff were amazing in helping. Rachel was the associate who primarily helped me; she displayed great expertise and ensured that things were made right on my returns and exchanges which i greatly appreciate, she was also very kind and professional! All the other staff were great but I really appreciated that she went above and beyond to help me and was so kind when doing so! The absolute best customer service you could ever hope for. The only gal working there at the time was knowledge about all the clothing items and sizes in the store. She helped us find the perfect clothes for a sad occasion. She went out if her way to call other Hot Topics and actually went way out of her way and drove to one to pick up the shirts we needed at another store location in her way to work for us. The Hot Topic team has always impressed me no matter the store, Ohio, Nebraska, Georgia, but this level of caring and helpfulness was beyond outstanding. I always order clothes from the website to my local location. Used to love going here for pride merch but not a lot was released this year. I wish my location had more obscure merch but I also bought a mcr shirt here which they have plenty of options for. There are usually a lot of workers on the weekends but one or two on weekdays and closer to closing, I only say this as their discussions can get pretty obstreperous and it gets kinda awkward when you need...
