U.S. Bank Branch — Local services in Springfield Township

May 2025, lowering rating. Went in twice, and once through drive through.

They seem to have lost or transferred the prior excellent staff. Now, between the identity interrogation because the help doesn't know the customer base, service has taken a hit. This crew doesn't seem to know how to get folks in and out.

Made the mistake going into lobby two hours after opening after labor day. Six customer waiting to be service. Walked out the door.

It was nice while it lasted. There's only one thing that matters, service.

12-11-23 still very satisfied with this location. I avoid Mt Healthy Branch at all costs. I was pleasantly surprised that they were open (drive through) at 9 a.m. on a Saturday. Normally, my home bank is USB in Mt. Healthy but they can't seem to be open at 9 am on Sat per their web advertising. (It seems they have a paper sign that no one can read that says 9:30 am).

The only thing strange in terms of layout of the Winton Road location, the store front is part of a small strip mall, there is a ATM to the bank on the south edge of the lot (not near entrance to bank) - I guess to allow people to drive through. Then, finding the "drive through" requires a drive behind the strip mall. That's fine, but there isn't good signage directing a person there if you were never to that place before.

I didn't realize at first the drive through is one lane and narrow on the north end of the building. Still, I'm done with Mt. Healthy USB and there endless excuses...

I came in on wed to deposit my Christmas bonus’s needed for the holidays. I got cash back but couldn’t cash the whole thing so had them deposit over 2000 dollars into my checking which I would have available the next day. Two days later there is no record of that deposit at all they said so pretty much just lost/stole over 2000 of my money needed for the holidays. Thanks for really screwing my family over on the holidays when it’s already been a horrible last few years. Contacted the main office they can’t do anything have to contact the local branches which lo and behold called everyone in the tri state and not one is open. Never ever go here if you don’t want your money lost or stolen. I will blast this to every review site and social meadows as possible. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable they don’t even deserve a...

If I can get 0 stars I would. Went to cash a check. The teller did not inform me of the price till after she scanned the check. I let her know I'll try somewhere else. Tried but could not cash do to the bank already placing their mark. Came back to bank just to get a business card. Tellers would not acknowledge me. They called the police because I was knocking on the door. The police told me I was trespass from the property. This is the 2nd time I received horrible service from them....
