I bought a Lg14' thinđPizza w/5items Veggie, for a party last night Sat.10-9-20 n they put pizza sauce on it instead of Ranch dressing like I asked I didn't know this until about 12:30a in morning after store closing! I called the next day to speak to manager about my order n they say I have to bring the pizza bck to store after most was gone from a party! I didn't eat a slice until about 12:30a-12:45a myself when everyone was gone heated up my slice of đpizza bit into it n that's when I notice it had pizza sauce on it instead of Ranch dressing. Now the manager wants me to bring most of the pizza bck to store after a party of people have eaten it n it's gone except for 2two slices...I couldn't eat my slice because of the pizza sauce I have a bad stomach to red any kind sauces made from Tomatoes!! Mind u I ask for Ranch dressing so I didn't get no pizza at all!! And the manager want replace because only two slices left from a party that I didn't notice until late last night when I was about to chill with a slice of pizza 1st time order from Papa John's, but I don't like the policy to bring 80% of the pizza Bck!!    Read moreI requested delivery and the driver Aaron stated he delivered my order. He did not so I called the store and they stated they would remake it but it would be a long wait. If your driver can't deliver food to a location thats 5 mins away from your store he shouldn't be a delivery driver. I asked if the wait would be on the food to be made or for the delivery. He said the delivery. I said i will come get it just refund me the delivery fee. You can keep the tip. Got to the store got to the register. I'm explaining to the guy at the register what was said on the phone. He saidn"I don't know nothing about all that." Ok genius then get somebody that does clearly you're not handling the register and the phone so go get management instead of telling me what you dont know. He called a manager over after I requested and the manager was nice and apologetic. He said the delivery fee would be refunded. I order right off their website so i don't know if their using their own drivers or door dash whoever they are using they need to rethink their service. The driver didn't even try and deliver my food he just straight up stole it. The manager saved them from getting a 1 star. Don't waste your time and money on delivery just pick it up...
