Taco Bell — Restaurant in Springfield Township

TLDR: we got scammed by a taco bell and DO NOT DINE HERE I placed a mobile order at 5:30 and set the pickup time for 9:15 so I could eat it after practice with some of my teammates then I got a notification saying that it was ready at 6:10 so I called the store and they said they understood and when I came in at 9:15 the would just make it fresh for me so I come in at 9:15 and all I get a female employee who said I ain't making anyone's food and wouldn't even fully listen to me so now I just order in store dispite being down 13 bucks already from not receiving my mobile order then the food itself takes 20 plus minutes to cook but at least it tasted good then one of my teammates never even received his food after paying and the same female employee accused us of stealing and that she already gave him his food like what well he also (obviously) never got his drink cup THAT HE PAID FOR and grabs a cup for his drink then the lady kicks us out and said he stole his drink BUT AGAIN HE PAID FOR IT immediately 2 other people walk in chat it up with her and she seems to give them free drinks absolutely ridiculous customer service and will be calling corporate about a refund for my mobile order that I...

By far the WORST Taco Bell in all of Cincinnati. Staff is always rude, impolite, negative in appearance attitude and approach, never see management, seems like Regional just needs "warm bodies" and doesnt care, shows with ho the staff represent as well. Im sure they could use more pay. But the integrity just isnt there. Always a bad visit here, from speaker to window, even if you approach in a positive, upbeat manner as the customer. Smh. Food is just as bad. Cold and never filled or sloppy. Taco Bell already hasnt been the greatest, but how is this location even still open. Even when I come to drive thru, no one (maybe one car MAX) is in the drive thru, as if everyone in the area already knows about this place and try to avoid it. Judging by the previous reviews, it makes sense I see why. And in store management is just above the general staff, so they are in the same boat as far as salary pretty much and the same bs, that means maybe Regional needs to care a little more and step in. This store was horrible. I ordered my food online and went to pick it up through the drive through. There were about 10 others cars waiting. The cars then started leaving 1 by 1 without picking up there food because no one was answering at the drive through. I pulled around to see that there were two workers with about 7-8 other people who were not in a uniform sitting in the dining area just talking. I knocked on the door and told them I had ordered food online and was waiting for my food. The lady rudely replied with it'll be about 10 minutes and shut the door. When they finally were ready I took my order and left, only to find out they hadn't given me the order of cinnabons that I had ordered, but by that time I was already too far away to turn around. Whether they were having a meeting or not, they were extremely rude and did no let any of the customers at the drive through know how long it would be.
