I am giving Ashley's a 2 star review because of the lack of commitment our sales lady had for our last sale. We came to Ashley's because we experienced horrible service from another furniture company in town. I called Ashley's after that bad experience and my sales lady immediately jumped on the sale and got me what I asked for, ok awesome. I came back and purchased more from her including a king bed, paid over 5000.00 for it. She originally sold us a cooling mattress pad for the bed, not just for comfort but protection of the foam mattress. I failed to pay attention to the water selection on my washer and ruined the mattress cover. That was my fault. I told my sales lady I needed a new one and she instructed me to call the company that made the mattress cover. I told her I wasn't looking for anything free just wanted to buy a new cover, because it was my fault. She insisted, she wanted to take care of us and stated multiple times she would either bring the mattress cover to my work or leave it at the front desk. I called multiple times but got the excuse "the head honchos " was there and she'd have to wait til they were gone. I reminded her I wasn't looking for anything free and just wanted the mattress cover for my bed. I received a call 2 weeks later from Ashley's thinking it was my sales lady with news of the cover. It was the front desk staff asking how my delivery was. They were extremely nice. I asked to speak with my sales lady and when I did, I asked again about the cover"don't worry, I got you covered but the hed honchos are still here" I then became frustrated and ended up ordering a 50.00 temporary cover offline, so If something happened, my warranty wouldn't be void on my foam mattress. Here it is 6 months later and I had to drive to the Ashley's store and order one myself, today. Don't get me wrong, there are some outstanding employees at that store, however, I will not buy anything from that sales lady again. I was important when I was spending a good chunk of money there, but after the sale, I didn't matter. The sad thing is, It was only 100.00 for the cover. Like I said, I ruined it and didn't expect anything free. I to am in business and don't believe in scamming companies or taking advantage of their services. This was a big disappointment on our end. We are in the market for an entire living room set and kitchen set. I am not real sure I will go back and if I do, she will not...

I asked for a sales person and I was Introduced to a young lady named Mackinzie. As we spoke about my need's on furnishing my apartment . She was very aware of what I was saying. She was interested on my budget, my tastes and style of furniture. She did not try to sell me something that she thought I would like. She showed me what they had in stock. And we went from there. I bought a couch, dinning room table with 4 chairs, a recliner, and slay bed.
What they did not have in stock, was then ordered. All Along they kept me up to date with the status of my delivery. So when I took delivery of my furniture .They first called to confirm. We set up a time and date. When they came to deliver the furniture one item was way too big for my apartment complex.I simply called Mackinzie, she said no problem. I got a full refund on that item, easy peasy. I turn around and bought a smaller item.Which looks great.
I simply recommend Ashley furniture company. Everyone from the front end staff to the delivery team are all top notch and very professional. So if you are in need of one piece furniture or in my case a whole apartment full of furniture. Ashely Furniture would be my choice. They stand behind what they say and do. Service after the sale is the best no problem's no question's they will work with you and go the extra mile. So when you go to Ashley furniture and you need someone, go in and ask for Mackenzie and tell them or her that Mr.Carman sent you. You will not go wrong. Read moreI have had the abosolute worst experience ever at this store. I purchased a living room set and tables at this store. I was told it would take 2weeks to come in. After the 3rd week I called them. They told me that my sales person told me wrong and 4 weeks they come in. After the they came in my tables were damaged. I called and they had to send someone out to look at them and tell me "yes they are damaged pretty bad". Si they ordered me a couple more tables. After they 3rd week I called the store to find out that my tables were on back order. I would not have known anything any of these times if I had not called the store. My tables finally came in and they were even damaged worst than the first tables. Now they were delivered both times so you would think that they would look at them before bring them to someone's home. So I had to repeat the same steps over again. 4 weeks have gone by and I had to call the store to find out where my freaking tables are and they told my that they are on back order again and would get to me as soon as they come in. AGAIN I HAD TI CALL THEM. WHERE THE HELL IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TAKING CARE OF THE CUSTOMER? I know my $ 3,000 dollars is not much to them but, as of now they can come and get all this furniture I purchased, refund all my money, and I will go somewhere else. Oh yeah and because my store is a privately owned store there is no one to go to to complain or seek help from other than the store itself. The owner doesn't care he already has his money.
