30 years experience of rotten hurtful customer service and ripping people off! Steals gold !! RUINS JEWELRY!!! MANGLES GOLD! YOUR JEWELRY WILL BE WORTHLESS IF YOU HAVE THEM TOUCH IT! TRACY THE "OWNER" IS SO ARGUMENTATIVE IF YOU TRY TO WORK IT OUT! SHE SCREAMED AT MY HUSBAND AND I FOR "HER" RUINING HIS 30 YEAR ANNIVERSARY BAND! We tried so hard to be nice and understanding but she just yelled til we had to walk out with her still yelling. This is my first bad review ever and didnt want to is why we went there first. We may have the worst jeweler ever but we have an excellent lawyer. PLEASE DONT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!!! PLEASE...they took our gold off our rings during sizing, rings are out of shape and weigh less. We took in chunky comfort band and rings, now we have razor thin bubblegum hammered rings, not really round. We wonder how many more she is going to ruin and how much gold they will take. "It is a shame", is what I am hearing from other jewelers. What they are doing is Very bad for jewelry businesses everywhere. Stephanie Beyer the real...
Read moreWould not suggest buying, selling or jewelery repairs from here unless youre on the semi wealthy side. Why I say this is because they are located in some what of a poor area but their prices belong on a wealthy side of town. I went here to get an 8in silver figaro bracelet polished, tried to charge $50 for something that takes 5min to do. Also had a bracelet acid tested at another location to see if it was real and didnt test positive but I brought it to them for a second opinion and just because it was stamped .925, she just looked at it and said "yes its real" even though after i left I had it tested again with acid and magnet. The bracelet failed both. If anyone wants great deals, I highly suggest avoiding here and heading up to Springfield Coin and Jewelery on N. Limestone next to Tim Hortons. Tony will treat you right, I 100%...

These people wanted $125 dollars to take links out in two watches and replace one watch battery. SO.... we chose a place on North Limestome that will do all those things for just the cost of the watch battery. Please do your research, people. We almost got robbed! I hope this review saves someone. Also, please take the time to read the responses to those bad reviews so you can see what I mean. One of the reasons they got only one star is because I read...
