Would not suggest buying, selling or jewelery repairs from here unless youre on the semi wealthy side. Why I say this is because they are located in some what of a poor area but their prices belong on a wealthy side of town. I went here to get an 8in silver figaro bracelet polished, tried to charge $50 for something that takes 5min to do. Also had a bracelet acid tested at another location to see if it was real and didnt test positive but I brought it to them for a second opinion and just because it was stamped .925, she just looked at it and said "yes its real" even though after i left I had it tested again with acid and magnet. The bracelet failed both. If anyone wants great deals, I highly suggest avoiding here and heading up to Springfield Coin and Jewelery on N. Limestone next to Tim Hortons. Oh my! Reading the responses to their bad reviews gives you a VERY good insight into these people's true personalities!! I'm so happy now that we only called on the phone. These people wanted $125 dollars to take links out in two watches and replace one watch battery. SO.... we chose a place on North Limestome that will do all those things for just the cost of the watch battery. Please do your research, people. We almost got robbed!
