My couch broke within 2 weeks of purchase. I asked to return it and was told no I had to have a repair company come out to say it was broke. That took over 3-4 to get going then COVID 19 stopped it. I was the one in constant contact with the repair company. I had to tell him to restart my request it took me 2 times calling asking and starting a complaint with the Better Business Bureau before it was started. This was second time I purchased from here. First time I had no problem. This time we needed smaller recliners so we decided to go back here. Found recliners, they were delivered and they tore one. So I had to call and find out when there were going to replace it. It was replaced. Had these recliners for less than 2 weeks and the one recliner is falling apart. These guys were wonderful. Very friendly and kind. They were not over priced had nice quality furniture. Helped me navigate thru their selections to help me find what would be suitable for me and my family! They do offer same day delivery along with financing options. Unfortunately i got there close to closing so I wasnt able to recieve same day delivery option, but they did stay after hours to help me was friendly and kind the whole time!
