China Buffet — Restaurant in Springfield

There was a decent selection to choose from, but as soon as i sat down with my first plate I was quickly disappointed. I contemplated asking for a refund, but I decided to eat a very small amount of the first plate, thinking perhaps getting something else might taste better. All of the Food was dried up and had very little flavor - Even the veggie dishes tasted like complete garbage. My party of 4, including myself sat in the restaurant for about an hour, during which time witnessed no fresh food being placed out. Wait staff was very unattentive.

My advice, don't waste your time or money here. This place ought to be ashamed to call themselves a Chinese restaurant; it's literally THE worst Chinese place I've ever experienced.

The food was okay. There's not much to choose from on the buffet. Most of the items were mislabeled. The temperatures were suspect on a few of the choices. I would not touch the sushi because of the look of it and the temperature issues. The music was turned up way too loud and made conversations a little bit hard at our table. Music should be softly playing in the background as part of the atmosphere, not blaring like were in the back washing dishes. No one came to take our used plates, but when we went to get dessert, we came back to our table completely cleaned off, including our drinks. So we had to go get more drinks.

The restaurant is clean, and the food that was not under temperature was good. It is an okay place to eat in a pinch.

My girl friend and I came here to check it out . We love Asian buffet. But we don't recommend this place. Only on a more busy day like Friday or Saturday maybe Sunday. The week day it seems that the food has sat out all day and the one girl constantly mixes it so it doesn't look old. A lot of the selection I liked didn't taste as good as other restaurants. They make you pay when you walk in too so you can't pay after you eat or try it first. I believe this place needs inspected more and more then the state does for it or the inspector sucks at his job.
