🚩🚩 False Online Weight Advertisement 🚩🚩

I've been coming here since they first started selling non-medical cannabis, but after today's experience I'm probably never coming back. 3/31/25

I placed a pre-order online, specifically choosing a 1g cartridge using the weight filter. When I got home and opened the bag they staple, Then I realized I had only received a 0.5g cartridge instead. So, I just wasted $30 on half the product I expected. If that’s not false advertising then, I don’t know what is. Only realizing after I looked at it online again it’s said .5 on top but a full gram one the bottom where you click also on the receipt it says 2.83 g and then below it says .05 g which one is it or is it a ploy to scam

At this point, I’d rather drive three hours to Monroe, Michigan, where I can get 15 full gram cartridges for the same price without the hassle and deceptive practices plus the extremely low prices and great deals they have on many different items . I’m sure King of buds, Puffs or one of the many dispensaries would welcome my business.

Still reading and want to know why I'd waste six hours of my time making that trip? Because when I called to see if I could return the incorrect product and get my money back, the guy on the phone flat out said no even though the seal wasn’t broken and I hadn’t used it.

If you're an employee here and actually have the power to fix this, reach out maybe we can make things right. Until then, you won’t be getting another...

I have been dreading going to a new dispensary. I wish I would have gone here sooner. It was not busy at all when I went. The staff was kind and welcoming. It was quiet and calm. The woman who helped me pick out what I wanted was super kind and we had a lovely conversation. That was really healing for me because my experience at dispensaries in the past has been a lot more sterile and uncomfortable. Even the man working with the company Sauce was friendly and welcoming. One of the employees came out to speak with him about his product and he had a lot of knowledgeable information to share, I really appreciated being able to listen to their conversation about anxiety and strains that have been helpful for them and also strains that have contained too many terpenes which made their anxiety worse. The lovely woman who helped me pick out my medicine was also very knowledgeable and made it easy for me to pick what I wanted. I prefer to do online ordering but because it was my first time I ordered in person and that is the most pleasant in-person dispensary interaction I could have asked for. This was my former favorite store but they have made a bunch of odd changes that have alienated me as a customer and forced me to take my buisness elsewhere, namely the discontinuation of their cheap bulk ounces of shake you could purchase that they now divy up into fifths to sell at a higher mark up. I also do not like the black sheep brand at all as it seems they've stopped carrying most sensiblly priced things from the solid and the standard and are now charging more for them under this new brands name.

I also do not like the redesign of the website the old version was more functional, but ultimately both versions are far worse than greenreleaf's website they actually list their terps online!

I also keep hearing about how the Ohio market is flooded with too much weed to sell so why is the black sheep charging 90 bucks for half's? Greenreleaf has flower half's for 40 and shake halfs for 30, even the forests old price point was better ~70 bucks for an ounce of shake.
