Had to come back and edit my great review as I stopped purchasing food at this place since the last time that I bought take out platter and they decided to only send it with what looked like a single human handful of home fries, everyone knows that in the restauran business you serve that generously and if there’s something the matter and you are short on food explain that to the consumer, don’t charge full price for food that you are not putting in there in full. Wonderful greasy spoon hiding next to a gas station in Springfield. Stopped in for breakfast, my party had a bagel with ham and cream cheese, a western sandwich and the western omelette plate. Food was served fresh off the griddle and was perfectly tasty. Staff is attentive and good natured, service is prompt and the food is top notch at a great value. Will be back on future trips...
