I can't believe how terrible Haymarket Square looks. The parking lot is trashy looking and lacking cars. It seems like it only has a few stores holding this plaza together since Toys r Us closed. I have to admit that I have alot of good memories with my children growing up every time we went to Haymarket Square. I think of the kids every time I am around the area.My oldest is 25 and I still remember buying his first "big wheel" that was blue and black.. Now to make things worse.. When you look across the street at the Eastfield mall it looks the same as Haymarket Square. Now with Sears and Macy's closing and other stores in the mall. I guess no one knows yet what the future will be...
