I went to joblot located on Boston Rd in Springfield Ma and I'm not sure if Sandy is tone death but she needs to watch the way she speaks to customers. Her tone was unbelievably obnoxious and disrespectful as she was speaking to me as if I was stupid. Regardless if she was having a bad day at work or not other people also have their moods too. Hence it's completely unacceptable for the way she treated a customer like me. Good prices and for the most part, store was sparsely stocked in several areas today. I know they are clearing summer merchandise getting ready for fall and winter.
