This used to be my go-to Marshalls, but not as of now. I went in and purchased three items yesterday, and two of them we're not put in my bag. I did not notice this until I got home almost 25 min later. I called the store, was put on hold for over 20 minutes. 20 minutes! I then hung up, called back, only to receive a huff from someone who put me on hold again. Someone picked up and I told her that two of my items we're not bagged and still there at the register. She informed me the person was a trainee and that there was no items there. I explained how someone else took my larger item from him and put it in a larger bag and they we're probably still in the smaller one. She was huffy and said they would have to check the cameras and could I come down with a receipt in the morning.
