Worse bank ever Ive had bank fraud on my account twice in matter of a week and half they refused to help get my money back they said that it would be easier to file a police report and to contact the merchant and their is no way to contact them then the guy at the bank said he would call me the next day to try and get me a number so I can call them myself he never called me so Iām pretty much out my money, and to top it all off the bank manager said since I keep having bank fraud on my account if they have to print me another card their going to start charging me like itās my fault Iām no I think not; and the the male taller in the back said they knew the first time was bank fraud but since someone in Springfield mo use my account that they pretty much said that I did the charge which I didnāt , worse customer service ever, when you use a bank you should be able to trust your money in your account I wouldnāt recommend this bank to anyone itās the worse bank ever I never had these issues anywhere else and if I did they would do what the had to, to get me...

We were immediately greeted by friendly faces and and warm welcomes. We sat down In the waiting area and were even offered waters sodas or coffee while we waited. So Jasmine was the service rep that offered to help us first we sat down she explained she was training and Jen would be helping her through the process. Jen Haskins introduced herself and made the whole process of opening our accounts a very easy and oddly enough memorable experience. Since then she has remembered our names every time we walk in. Goes out of her way to come Say hi even if she is not the one helping us. She remembers our kids their ages their grades and has taken time out of her personal life to support our own business. This lady truly represents the epitome of ācommunityā and Main Street America. She is a wonderful ambassador of what I believe MIDMO wants their employees to be. We will be MIDMO...
