Took a while to get an answer on the stall, but understandable due to it being Halloween night. However, the person who answered then decided to SCREAM to someone else while on the intercom, another person asked if they could help us, first person came back on and attempted to take our order again 2x. We left. I Attempted to contact the manager but their concern was only the language my frustrated husband used. When I expressed how her employee yelling through the intercom to another person was representing her store, she hung up on me.
Do not recommend this Sonic location. This is not the first time I’ve had poor service here. I’ve been to this location when there were only a few cars in the hop stalls and never received an answer from pressing the button, so I again left without getting food. Very disappointed with the service.

Read moreI drove through the drive-thru ordered $3.58 meal and gave them my credit card. They brought the correct receipt back to . The next day I found out they charged my bank account $8. something. I called to tell them I wanted my $5 and spoke to the owner manager. She made it sound like, oh well that's common . I said I would be concerned that one of my employees was pocketing $5 off of who knows how many customers a day. She told me if I wanted to drive all the way back into town with the receipt and prove with a bank statement she would reimburse. I live out of town so I did not make the trip back in for the $5. She should have been able to tell that they were $5 over in their drawer but she apparently felt that it was better to inconvenience me then to just go check the drawer from the night before.
