Very friendly and fast but horrible end product. Me and my sis went there together we both got dip, which I have gotten multiple times at a different salon. Anyway 2 days later the dip was literally falling off i have never seen anything like that. We called and went back in and they fixed it. We thought maybe it was the color we did had a problem However while we were there another young lady came in and had the same thing going on with hers. The guy asked me do you type I said I do, then its like the dip fell off after 2 days due to typing lol. No way! I am uploading a pic that shows what happened after 2 days. This was every nail. Now for them fixing it, it has been 2 days and my sisters nails are horrible and mine are starting to do the same thing again. Very disappointed in my pedicure from last night. There were 3 of us in my group; 2 pedicures and 1 manicure. The guy who did my pedicure didn't speak to me hardly at all, didnxt ask what kind of pedicure I wanted until we were almost done, wouldn't go look for another color for me, just told me no they didn't have anything like what I wanted. So the girl doing my friend's pedicure went and got 2 colors very similar to what I had asked for. Then he did a horrible job doing the french tip, it looked like I had attempted to do it myself with my non-dominant hand. The water was luke warm. The stones were barely the same. I came all the way up from Miami,FL hoping to get Jenny as she was my old tech before moving. Unfortunately, she was not there this day. Despite this we had appointments, but watched them take walk-in’s before us. The technicians we had booked with seemed to want to do additional non-booked services before wanting to do our pedicures. We arrived early but despite this nearly 40 mins after the appointment time we still had not been helped. Mila tried to get someone to help us but no one was in any hurry to.
