There for 1 1/2 hours didn't get our appetizer. Took 30 mins for a drink refill once they took the glass and we had to ask for the refill at that point in time. Talked to the manager she came to the table and said that it would be 2-3 min for our food to be out. After another 15 min they brought wings out which went even the appetizer we were waiting on. Asked for our food to be boxed to go waitress brought to go boxes and finally went to talk to the manager again which she said would comp the entire ticket or she could take the food to go asked how long it was really going to be to get the food since it had been well over 15min when she said 2-3min. Other people next to us said they had been there for over 2 hours waiting for the stuff. I ordered a banana aspen crepe and a strawberry crepe, but when I got home, I discovered that one was apple instead of banana. Since I am allergic to apples, this was not only inconvenient but also unsafe.

When I called, I spoke with someone named “Mitt,” who repeatedly insisted he was “100% sure” he gave me banana, despite my explaining otherwise. I drove back to the store and showed him the apple crepe, and rather than apologizing, he brushed it off and even said, “banana crepe or apple crepe is still crepe.” This response was unprofessional and dismissive, especially given the seriousness of a food allergy.
