Walking into Brickhouse Grill & Pub is a bit of an adventure—like stepping into a cave of deliciousness. With the tinted windows keeping things dim, it took a moment for my eyes to adjust. But once I could see, the bar was the first thing that caught my eye—pretty impressive, if I do say so myself. The restaurant was clean, and even though I arrived right at noon when the place was buzzing, I was seated in no time at a high-top table. Plenty of space for everyone to settle in and enjoy their meals. ✅
First up: an old-fashioned cocktail. Smooth, delicious, and dangerously easy to drink. If sophistication had a flavor, this would be it. 🥃
Then came the Bosco sticks—BUT WAIT—these were not your average Bosco sticks. 🧀💨 Imagine tearing apart one of these beauties, revealing that golden, butter-brushed crust giving way to a dreamy stretch of molten mozzarella. Crispy on the outside, soft and pillowy on the inside, holding a rich, creamy cheese filling that just melts on your tongue. Pure indulgence. They were delicious, though maybe a tad pricey for just three breadsticks—but hey, when they taste this good, it’s hard to complain. 🤷♂️
For the main event, I went for the Brickhouse Supreme Pizza. 🍕 A golden-brown cracker thin crust served as the base for an absolute masterpiece—a generous spread of pepperoni, rich sausage, fresh green bell peppers, earthy mushrooms, and a bubbling layer of melted cheese tying it all together. Every bite had the perfect balance of meat, veggies, and cheesy goodness. The kind of pizza that makes you want to do a happy dance after every bite. 💃🕺
And let’s talk about the service—spot on! My server was incredibly accommodating, making sure everything was just right.
Overall, Brickhouse Grill & Pub delivered an awesome experience with some solid food. Would I come back? Absolutely. Would I order those Bosco sticks again despite the price? Probably (I’m weak when it comes to cheese). Would I recommend it? Without a doubt.

Read moreThis is a larger size and more open air bar / restaurant that is actually impressive considering the location. Atmosphere: welcoming and staff are polite. Though it can get loud depending on the crowd and music level. Older looking bar with about 15 seats. Tables of standard and high table height. A touch of modern and subtle older. Food: the food I had was good flavor and cooked nicely. It didn't astonish me, but also wasn't bad. They appeared to have variety in dishes with a full front and back menu. Staff: all of the staff was courteous and came around at a decent consistency to check, particularly If they observed my glass was getting low or empty or if I was finished with my plate. They would stop and engage in conversation with everyone both regulars and newcomers and actually hold conversation rather than just doing it for appearance or to check the block. That's a good sign of a quality atmosphere and management. Alcohol: They had a reasonable selection of 40ish to 50 types of whiskey in a couple different options of each of the other variants of liquor. Eight standard and regional beers on tap with about 10 under bar coolers with cans and bottles. I didn't challenge them on cocktail but might next time I pass through.
Overall a good spot with a decent level of atmosphere and pleasant staff to make it a good experience with routine regulars but also equal attention to newcomers. I apologize but I didn't pay attention to my bill...
Read moreI had the Buffalo chicken horseshoe, the cheese mix had a flour taste to it and needed more seasoning. I was also overcharged for drinks because the waiter entered the regular size instead of the special. Although he admitted to entering the incorrect size in error he still insisted I still pay for the drinks full price because I drank them. When speaking to the manager and telling her that I literally showed the waiter the flyer on the table that did not list multiple sizes or what size the drink would be PLUS there was only one drink advertised on the flyer she said she understood but decided to give me a "discount" that still over charged me instead of completely correcting the issue. Mind you when we were eating our food I overheard our waiter talking to the table behind us about how he entered an item on their order incorrectly too. Maybe not everyone will have this issue, it could have just been the waiter, and I've previously worked in the food industry so I get things happen. However, I was not impressed with how the waiter or management handled the situation. I wanted to try something new and I will not be going back. The only plus was that kids eat free on Wednesday, hence the one...
