Great store to shop at and good prices on most things and normally quick check out. Lots of things to look at. (((This has made me change my mind a lot. Bought a anti gravity chair on 6-21-2021 to give to my wife on her birthday 7-17-2021 while at the store the lady handed me a tray holder to go with the chair from the display because so many were broken got home and seen this one had a 4 inch crack in it too. while we were on vacation at Alum State park it was hidden for 27 days 2 days later after my 140 lb wife set in it, it a weld broke in the arm and can not be used as soon as I got back from vacation I called Rural King about it , it has now been 32 days they said it is past 30 days and you did not pay for a extended warranty ( so sorry about that ) in other word tuff luck and you are out $75. I said what about the factory warranty there is none only our warranty so this must be how they get their price down you pay more to get ours or it's your loss very poor business I will be looking at other store after this. ( You should be told this up front the only warranty is Rural Kings or else.) So on (( Amazon I can get a chair cheaper that comes with Warranty: We will provide 12 months warranty for replacement and refund, if you have any problem, please get in touch with us. We usually have a pleasant experience but yesterday was not good. The one big thing that bothered me was at checkout. We never had any issues with customer service til this young girl waited on us. As she checked us out, she called another girl over to gossip about a woman. She was expressing how upset she was with the woman and even called her a b#$&* in front of my children that are 3 and 4. I stopped the young girl and told her how inappropriate it was to do that while waiting on customers. She then apologized and turned back to the girl and started asking where she was because she hadn't seen her in a while. This girl definitely needs training on how to act and speak with customers around. Either that or she needs to work in the back and not be around customers at all. I told my husband that this almost makes me want to not come back if these girls are allowed to cuss and gossip in front of customers,...
