Krazy Daze — Local services in Springfield

This shop cannot back the quality of their products. I recently bought a disposable vape pen from them. They said I could try it in that store but it was “brand new” so I had little worries. When I opened the box the vape was by itself with no plastic wrapper like all others of this brand(I’ve bought 12). I’m guessing this is from people trying it in store. I got a second hand vape that only worked one time. When I took it in and explained that it was unwrapped and only worked one time, they had nothing to offer me. Not even a discount. This place is a scam. They are selling used vape pens. Now I’m out $50. The pen was $15 more expensive than normal as well. Shop at your own...

I'm giving a 1 but not because I don't like the store but one in particular. I've had issues with one person constantly. Tim always seems like he hates life and is not customer friendly. To think he's management material is to think Biden was the greated president of all time. I can not stand blunt faced people who work customer service because you need to deliver a friendly appearance if you want to sell things. Probably worse sales rep I've ever met. But overall I love the experiences with the owner and all the others...

I could not have asked for better customer service. Even the new girl made sure she was going out of her way to make sure she was doing everything she could for me! I had forgotten my phone I the car that dropped me off and j had to wait for it to brought back to me before I could even check out and they made sure I was comfortable and felt welcome. Not to mention they are the best selection of vape juice that I've found! Only place I've found that carried sad boy! Keep up...
