Usually I am impressed with the speed, accuracy and service I receive at the Upper Valley Pike, Springfield Ohio location. However on my most recent visit on Sunday, October 23 at appx. 5:45pm it was the worst experience I have had there. I placed my order on the kiosk and when I clicked on complete order it said it couldn't be complete. I had to redo my order with the cashier. The manager had to come to the counter to help another customer because they had placed and order and paid on the kiosk and after 15 minutes they had still not received their order. The manager said the ordering system was having issues on both the inside kiosk and the drive thru and that she was going to close the doors, she told an employee to write down the customers order and bring it to her. Then the manager went back to the food line and was cussing loudly enough I could hear her in the dining area. Her employees were looking at her a bit in shock. I placed an order online (not the app as I explained to the person drive thru) and went to the counter when the site said it was ready. It was not, they didn't even have it, due to intermittent Internet in drive thru they had just found out about it when I asked. After explaining that my order was placed online not the app, that I was calm after being told to calm down and verifying that my order was the one with my name on it with the drive thru person, the super fast dude from the line asked what I had. I started to tell him, he found it on his lil screen and it was maybe 5 minutes later than he handed my bag. The drive thru person apologized and advised about their Internet, I said I got spectrum I get it LOL. Read moreAt 9:45pm, your staff rudely hung up on us when we were asking you to reimburse us for food that was not in our bag, it totaled $12. We understand people make mistakes, but to escape customer service and lie to us on the phone is not acceptable. You then proceeded to tell us we did not pay those items but in fact you charged us for them and it was on our receipt. We then called and you picked up the phone twice and hung up on us again. I expect a full refund for the entire bill considering you clearly skimped on the food amount because you were closing. If you cannot offer the food described on the menu, and give us what we paid for then perhaps you should look for another line of employment.
