Had a reservation and they had trucks in parking lot but said they didn't have our reservation. Sent us 3 miles down the road said they called had truck there get there had to wait 20 min for someone to come in to office took 40 min to get paperwork done. The fat chick that gave us our uhaul was very very rude. She talked to us like we were stupid. Trying to tell us how we needed to move our stuff. Very very rude service. I'd suggest going anywhere else. I couldn't imagine renting a storage unit from them! Seriously go anywhere else. The only plus was that they didn't try to ding us on anything for the uhaul. VERY unprofessional woman who runs this office. While visiting another business in the area I witnessed her screaming at people for parking in the spot in front of the office.
