Jax Deli — Restaurant in Springfield

Five stars for deli variety environment....sandwiches...of what I've had, are superb, movie cameo pics theme the wall, exciting , not too distracting, 70's era variety rock n rool , on the carefully stacked Turkey n Swiss, there was a three quarter inch thick deli sliced turkey stack of neatly placed slices on a kaiser roll, witha fat slab of milky white swiss cheese slices, crisp green lettuice complimenting a bold red onion flavor, spicey chipolte dressing not too south westy, the sandwich was made in a timely way, though not arriving too quickly, as if it had been hastily made or was premade. A side of beef broccoli soup, was also a top choice for me, seemed to have a health rebuilding quality like a homemade crockpot stew that had been simmering on low for half the day....collecting vital protein/beef broth strength regaining nutrients....tasty meal in a clean setting....

The broccoli cheese soup was better than ever last Sunday new recipe maybe? The pretty redhead made a great sandwich she was fast and always greeting everybody and makes sure to ask if you want a drink or refill you don't even have to get up to cash your ticket she pays attention and brings you the money great multitasker and she is always cleaning, the place looks great! The owners are Hands-On and work shifts as well they are so friendly and nice and take pride in their business can't recommend this place enough...

A very warm and welcoming environment. The owners and employee are very nice and more than accommodating. The biscuits and gravy was served very hot which is nice since this is an item which tends to cool quickly. Very good yet distinct flavor, their gravy has a flavor all its own! Which is not something that can be said for most places. Would recommend this place to Anyone!!! Thanks for the awesome...
