05/28/2020. Got home and opened our bag and realized they gave us the wrong order. When I called, the man answered with an angry tone. It was actually 9:59pm, so I apologized for calling so late, but you gave us the wrong order. After cutting me off twice, i explained what we ordered, he just said, "OK!?" So i asked what could I do to resolve this? And his exact words were, "Well. You can either save the food and bring it back in the morning, and we'll replace it. Or you can just eat the food and be happy, since it was worth more than what you paid anyways." So i confronted him about his attitude and explained that my girlfriend can't eat bone-in chicken, and i can't stand the original recipe. And the only chicken they gave us was a bucket of original. AND I work in the morning. So then he denies telling me that i have to save the food and return it in the morning, and starts telling me to come back in for the correct food, but he's obviously saying it sarcastically. Like if I come back in for the food, he's either going to start a problem with me, or like he'll do something to our food. So at this point I told him that I couldn't trust him, for us to come back, and I,told him to have a good night. So we couldn't eat because we didn't get the food we paid for, and we have no way to get it replaced, because of his attitude towards me. I'm sorry, but that's worth a negative review. Won't be back for at least a few months. At least. He acted like he wasn't worried about his attitude, so he might be a manager or owner. Either way, that guy was a jerk. I've never had that...

The cashier wasn't paying attention to my order - despite clearly stating what I wanted, he still asked if I wanted mashed potatoes for my side. I repeated my order for fries, but in hindsight, maybe I should have just taken the mashed potatoes instead.
The fries were clearly overcooked and burnt, with an unpleasant taste that suggested they came from a fryer that needed cleaning. My husband's chicken sandwich had the same off-putting flavor, making it barely edible. My chicken tenders tasted fine but were clearly not hot - likely sitting under heat lamps for too long.
As I was leaving, I witnessed another customer coming in to complain about missing items from her drive-through order, which seems to indicate this location has ongoing service and attention issues.
As someone who has worked in food service for four years, I understand the stress of the industry and that everyone makes mistakes. However, this experience went well beyond simple mistakes - it points to systemic issues with kitchen maintenance, food quality control, and customer service.
I'd recommend this location pay closer attention to order accuracy, fryer oil quality, cooking times, and food freshness. When done right, KFC can be great - but this visit fell well short of expectations. Unfortunately, based on today's experience, I don't think I'll be returning to this particular location...
Read moreOutstanding drive-thru service. I had a large family order and did not realize certain menu items had been discontinued until I reached the order board. To say the least she handled my on the fly getting texted order request changes with great grace and professionalism; she also clearly explained the menu changes. Topping the experience off, I didn't have to wait long at the window to get my large and rapidly adjusted order (less than 2 minutes!)...aka holding up other customers behind me. The order was exact and the food was really good! Best chicken sandwich I've ever had... extra pickles included. To be honest and explain more deeply what I mean about her professionalism and graciousness, I pulled up to the window and she asked what dipping sauces I might like to which I unthinkingly stated none thank you... but then as she was handing me the order I had a brain glitch and I slowed the entire process down by asking for one of each sauce, she quickly placed them in my bag and handed it to me with a smile and thank you. I believe it took more time for me to place the order than it did to window pay and pick-up. My big bad! But her and the KFC crews time to shine!
