Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Springfield

Ordered pizza online for pick-up then on the way to pick it up I made a wrong turn which I knew would make me late so I called to tell pizza staff my eta as it was just before closing and they said 5min is all they would wait, I arrived 11:06pm, door is locked, blonde lady still standing counting down her drawer ignored my knocking until my bf called her while I was standing there, then said to me very angry "I canceled your order, were closed" but she told my bf on the ph she threw away our pizza! We made the order at 10:40pm and it's in the garbage? So if/when they threw it away they got a call before they closed and knowing their customer is just around the corner they throw it in the trash??? What? Who does that? Terrible people. I saw 2 men in the kitchen and this rude lady still at work and didn't have to do this to a customer. I left embarrassed and really sad I got this treatment for no reason. I wasn't yelling or loud just got the anger from apparently this lady's bad day. So I called domino's told them my story and he made the same topping pizzas and gave me a discount on behalf of that lady so my night went better and the pizza was so awesome from domino's. I love pizza hut pizza over almost any other option around me. But in the last 2 weeks I've ordered the same pizza twice. With a simple special instruction, "don't cook the bell peppers on the pizza." And I've called in to ensure they saw the special instruction both times. Last week they said they saw the note and everything was good. I picked up the pizza and the peppers were cooked into it with the rest of the toppings. So I had to wait over 20 minutes for a new pizza to be made. Tonight I ordered the same thing, and the person who answered my call on the 4th try getting through said "yep. I'll be making your pizza, I've got the note, all good." I get there and when the pizza is ready, she gives me a small dipping sauce style cup of peppers with the pizza, barely enough to top 2-3 slices of my large pizza.
