Taco Bell — Restaurant in Springfield

I believe this was a manager we spoke to, blonde hair, bit of a tummy, working Friday Dec 2, 2022 night shift. We visited and ordered a box and 3 burritos with added sour cream and chipotle (because they're dry)

The box was missing a beefy 5 layer (easily the main object) and the 3 burritos were plain. Obviously we could've done without the added stuff, but my wife didn't get her burrito

So we went back around, explained the situation, and were met with mildly calming customer service from the girl on the headset. It wasn't until we got to the window that this blonde woman comes to the window, speaks to us in a dedicated managerial tone of voice like we're 5 years old and she's our teacher. You were here about 15 minutes ago? The burritos that were messed up were the cheesy bean and rice burritos right? My wife answers them with "yes" before they cut her off and say okay thats all we're making. My wife then says "I didn't get the beefy 5 layer burrito" And then this woman has the nerve to raise her voice and say "they're already in the bag, so that's what you're getting" (Referring to the cheesy bean and rice burritos which are too spicy for my wife) So now she eats nothing but a taco and a small fry. Thanks jerks. If you don't have the gas to go to a different taco bell, I highly suggest ordering from a different restaurant chain. This "aint" it.

Edit: Checked the replacements and they were all wrong too. I couldn't tell what recipes they were following honestly. It looked like they gave us 3 plain cheesy bean and rice burritos but one of them looked like a 5 layer LOL! However the "5 layer" had rice and jalapeno sauce along with the beef. With the tone the manager gave us I wouldn't be surprised if...

I've been here numerous times. Now, I always ask for a crunch wrap, sub beef for beans, no sour cream or cheese, add guacamole. Each time I have asked for this, they put very little beans and always forget the guacamole. About a week ago, I took a bite and there was beef and sour cream. I am vegan and have a allergy to dairy, so this made me angry. What pissed me off the most was tonight. They put sour cream in it and no guacamole, then when I asked them to kindly fix it, they were mean to the register person, who had everything right on the screen, they(the grill people) were the ones who screwed up. Then they put beans on half of it, a tiny bit of lettuce and tomatoes...and no guacamole, and it was barely grilled, it just looked like they barely wrapped it. The manager was VERY rude to my husband when he asked for his military discount. She stormed up to the register saying very rudely that they do not do half off for the military discount, they just use a senior discount. Guess what? We didn't ask for half off, we just asked for the regular 10%. There was no need to be so rude when we only asked for the regular military discount, not half off. I don't have any idea why she said that. We left and I won't be returning. Having such poor service made us not enjoy our food or even want to finish it. They are rude and always mess up our order. *This is an update to an existing review. I got to give props to the night crew working Saturday May 21st 2022. They were really busy and I was taking my wife's order which constantly changed before, during, and after I placed my order via text message. Besides that being infuriating for myself, I had to ask the the young lady working the window to add something to my order. Order changes are not easy to do when you're mid-rush and you've got a screen full of orders. Regardless, she smiled, checked with the cooks and said I could. That's great customer service and it was a good experience. I told her I was going to put this review in for her and the rest of the crew. They were doing a great job and I hope the manager reads this and gives them all raises! (Okay from here on out it's my old review)

Taco Bell is pretty much Taco Bell whichever one you get yours from so these stars go out more to the staff than the cuisine. I always get courteous service at this location no matter what time I'm there and I always look forward to hitting the late night drive thru to see if one of my faves is working that night.
