I don't know what is going on with this Target. Two days ago my Target Circle Offer didn't come off. I went right to the service desk to get it resolved. They weren't busy so I was seen right away. It took them seven minutes to refund me the .60 due. It's was such a simple refund. Meanwhile, both customer service employees on either side of me opened, causing customers to be not socially distanced from me at all. Not appreciated.
Then tonight I pulled an item from the shelf where it was over a sign that said 50% off. It didn’t ring that way. Went to the service desk where they did not believe me and had someone on the walkie tell them no as well. It was a rocking horse over a sign that said rocking horse with no possible room for any other item to be stocked around it that could also be called a rocking horse. There was a bee and a whale. Those... are not rocking horses. Left the item there. Talked to chat and they gave me the escalation line. Called the escalation line and they said they would have fixed it for us but if we talk to a manager at the store they might do it for us in store as well. Talk to the manager on tonight and she would not budge, and left us on an extremely long hold to “partner with another team lead” who “agreed we can’t honor it”.
$17 folks. This is something an employee chose to stock there that fit the sign and they won’t budge over $17. So we’re buying it and then calling the escalation line back I guess. It’s really sad when a store won’t treat you like a human being and admit maybe someone at the store messed up, they could see why we believed the sign and honor it. Instead, I’m left feeling like a liar when I didn’t do anything other than try to buy a rocking horse advertised as 50% off by a sign that said rocking horse. Very poor...

I went to get a case of mountain dew and printer ink. I went to get the printer ink first and it took me a moment to find the correct ink for my printer in the aisle. I mean its not like there is a small selection of printer ink and i didnt want to have to go back if i bought the wrong ink...I found what i need and continued on my way. As i left the aisle i noticed a man following me. He proceeded to follow me over to the soda. I asked him if i could help him with something and he informed me he was with loss prevention and i had "spent too much time" in the aisle with printer ink. I informed him that i was trying to find the correct ink. He proceeded to follow me all the way to the register, watched me pay for my two items then followed me out of the store. He stood there and watched me go to my car and leave the parking lot. All because i spent "too much time" looking for ink for my printer.
So if you enjoy being followed around like a criminal even after paying for your items and going to your vehicle this is the place for you.

My friend found a phone case box along with ear bud box with everything missing and she made a comment of how rude people are for stealing such small things when they aren't that expensive.
