Their staff is quite kind, polite, and professional. They are knowledgeable about how life is when it comes to stragglers -(patrons ) who usually are staying late after the movie to warm up their vehicles during winter cold months. They allow the patrons to stay late during after hours to hang out in the lobby to warm up their cars without complaining to them or about their loitering. It shows me that this company cares a great deal about their business, employees and patrons safety instead of being as#&!@oles about the situations and kickin' them to the tundra cold with greater risk of frost bite, hypothermia. I feel though that they should change out their movies more often because they don't do that enough as is. I understand that people have tendencies to watch the movies 2 or 3 times but some movie rotation would be nice also. The popcorn is great. The late movies with my spouse is awesome, but I feel " MILLENNIALS " need to read and apply what they read. Before the movie begins. The postings that is constant throughout the prelude is often showing that reads no talking, no cell phones, etc. That should be practiced more often. I don't go to anyone's homes and become a rude, obnoxious guest. No of course not. So why should " MILLENNIALS " treat others a disrespect and a complete disregard of others feelings in private settings, etc. My spouse and myself enjoy going over to their theater that doesn't include the "...

Theater went black 3/4 way through Twisters late show 8/3/24. Waited 10 minutes for things to come back on, nothing happened. Went out to the lobby and no workers were there. Some guy who knew the theater checked the offices and confirmed no one was there. Waited another 10 minutes and nothing so we left. Called several times hoping just to get a voucher so we could see the rest of the movie. Finally got a call back saying that “someone was there and we don’t give vouchers”. We know for a fact someone else went to the theater and they gave them vouchers. Business logic would tell you “yep, stop in and pick up 2 free vouchers for a movie that’s been 1/4 full and buy some more popcorn and soda at 500% mark up”. But instead they chose to leave 2 locals upset who will instead go someplace else for the rest of their lives....

Went to see the new Minecraft movie 4/4 and waited in line for 40 minutes. There was no separation between tickets and concessions, so even though we didn’t want food, we still had to wait in line to buy tickets, due to this, we were told the movie time wouldn’t be delayed. Why would I pay money for tickets and miss some of it? I’ve seen that this has been a common occurrence here, so maybe something should change? The hygiene of the workers and the lack of handwashing after dealing with cash was also a bit disturbing. Also, no idea why they had a line out of the door when half the inside was being blocked off? Considering there’s not much else to do in the area, I would love to see this theater stay, but a lot has to change for the theater to continue making money. A lot of people left due to not...
