Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in St. Croix Falls

Not only has their prices increased a lot, but also the quality of food is ridiculous! We ordered a large blizzard, pup cup (once was $.99, now up to $1.99), and a banana split. $19! The blizzard was the only item that actually had the adequate amount of ice cream. The pup cup had a quarter of the amount of ice cream since the last time ordering. The banana split was a joke! Not even if I put the three dollops of ice cream together would it even come close to the amount it once was for 1 or the 3 scoops. I don't know who is in charge of the DQ on St Croix Falls but they are straight stealing their customers money! $10 for a large cheese curd? Come on!

Go to KJ's New North in Balsam Lake instead! The owners aren't stingy with their ice cream. We spent $27 on one 1 scoop dipped waffle cone, three 2 scoop dipped waffle cones, one 3 scoop dipped waffle cone, one 2 scoop waffle bowl, and a FREE scoop of ice cream for the pup. Their sandwiches are delicious and for a great price! The owners are super kind and hard working!

I thought the prices were bad when the mini blizzards cost $3.99... I think they are $4.99 now. If not more! For a mini! They really need to adjust their prices and give people the FULL amount of food/ice cream they order or they are going to lose all of their business to local ice cream/ sandwich shops. I will not...

We had BY FAR the best experience we've ever had at a DQ, or any fast food restaurant for that matter! A wonderful lady named Dana made our night. She was so polite, and went out of her way to cater to our every need, even offering refills like a sit down restaurant. We had my toddler nephew with our family, and when many restaurant employees would be irritated or roll there eyes and another inconvenience of a vocal, energetic child, Dana welcomed him and his spirited energy and volume with a huge smile and a DQ treat. The food was great, came on time, and she even apologized for it taking longer than she expected. We honestly wouldn't have noticed. Dana is a prime example of the amazing customer service that we all used to expect and appreciate, which unfortunately is very rare now days. I hope her enthusiasm rubs off on coworkers! Okay, I have given the Dairy Queen in St Croix Falls many chances the food sucks, the service sucks, and it takes forever for them to get orders out the window. I can honestly say that I have never had a good experience at the St Croix Falls Dairy Queen. Every time I've gone there, the employees are fooling around in the back, they are not actually listening to the people who come in to place orders or who go through the drive thru. Every single time I've gone there my order has been wrong. I don't know what management is doing or if they have management but if they don't they really should because the employees are completely out of control.
