Fantastic customer service! My husband and I were in town for a few days. We were honestly just window shopping before wine tasting and weren’t looking to make any purchases. It just so happened that on our drive to Napa, my husband’s (custom made) wedding band lost a jewel when one of the prongs broke off. We didn’t know at what point the prong had broken and weren’t able to find the jewel. It had a lot of sentimental value to us because the jewel was taken off of a necklace of mine and so matched perfectly, I wore it on our wedding day…you can imagine the attachment to it. Anyhow, we got to talking to Sam, the owner, and he said he might have a jewel of the same cut, size and color and be able to fix the ring for us that same day. He put in a call, found the jewel, made the repair and recoated the ring so it looked brand new. It looks better than it ever did! Sam did such an amazing job, he was so friendly and helpful and he communicated with us the whole time. What a blessing we happened to wander into his shop. Wow I wish I could rate 10 stars. I was looking for a chain for my custom crystal pendent and after searching 2 cities and about 8 locations. I was directed to Pavati Jewelry. When I walk in, the first thing I say is, "I am looking for something very specific" and the attendant (Sam) says, "that's impossible, people hardly find that when they want something specific." I then explain to him what I need and he proceeds to LITTERALLY turn to his right, pull out this rope chain that you see in the image. He measures it and its the exact length that I want and the exact mm that I want... I sit in awe as he then gives me an amazing price on it. Needless to say, I left as a very satisfied customer :). Love my ring! We were in Napa for a wedding. I had been without my wedding ring for about a week, it was being repaired. It was driving me crazy because I’d worn that ring 24-7 for 26 years. As we walked by Pavati, I decided just to pop in to see if I could get a temporary ring so my finger didn’t feel so awkward. The owners were very accommodating, they gave me several rings to choose from in my price range, and what I ended up with, is absolutely stunning! I love it so much, when I get my ring back, I’m definitely wearing this ring on another finger. It reminds me so much of the ocean and water. The photos don’t capture how beautiful it is....
