Didnt have issues with Angie or the staff, but the seamstress Lupe is absolutely horrible. Spent almost three hours at the original fitting where she was using safety scissors to cut dresses. After being promised a second fitting because she forgot to pin the cups in and with only a few days before prom, we had to call ourselves to remind her. Came in the Wednesday before my dance, and everything was wrong. It was hemmed unevenly so the right side of my dress floated above the ground two inches. I came back the following day at the time I was told to, only for her to still not have it ready. After speaking to Lupe on the phone she insisted that if i wanted to get my dress back at all I had to deal with her schedule and pay the full $120, which was way overpriced than it should have been for simple alterations. Not to mention her unprofessionalism as she yelled at me through the phone over mistakes that were her fault. I had my daughters dress here and was unable to reach anyone for months. Owner claims i had no call no show appointments, which is not true because i have left voicemails and emails. No response. When i finally get a call it is to tell me that the hours are changing, which at the time i told them i would be there the next to pick up the dress and when arriving the store is closed. She thinks she runs the dress monopoly of Northwest Indiana and god forbid there's a little bit of competition she starts attacking her customers. I have to give 1 star but if I could I would give 0.
