this taco bell is not great. even if things aren’t necessarily wrong, they are mediocre as hell. i’m always disappointed. either the baja blast freeze machine is down, you fill the potatoes far from adequately, or the tacos are falling apart and super messy. and i don’t know if the machine you use is just always broken or what, but fix whatever it is thats preventing me from getting the chicken chipotle melt. you screwed me when you took the chicken chipotle griller off the menu and the melt became my alternative but now you guys can’t even make that apparently. and today when i tried ordering one, i was told super rudely that they couldn’t make it, and she also seemed irritated that i asked for more time to figure out what i wanted. i’m not going to be sorry or take any attitude when YOU are the ones that can’t provide what you’re supposed to, what’s on your menu. i work in the food industry and i understand that some things are out of the workers’ control, but you should be able to control how you handle situations such as this. its not even worth it for me to drive there anymore when i can pretty much expect to be heartbroken lol...

Double-bread on the taco (shell AND tortilla), triple bread in the burrito (one of the layers in the 5-layer burrito was another tortilla!). Chips (bread), and extra-bready (flatbread) made up the chalupa (virtually meat-less).
Don't offer a meal deal that's 1/2 the cost of the individual menu items if you're going to eliminate the meat and toppings. I can eat 15 tortillas at home for 39-cents and be just as full. Shame on you taco bell, and your St....
Read moreGo to other Taco Bell location. This one is lost definitely.
We ordered 2 nights ago...and were angry with the way they do their job and disrespect customers money.
Burritos were half empty... This place became skimpy on ingredients, although we paid a la carte prices.. Didn't use any deal, because we had cravings for items that could not be found all together in a deal.
Sometimes restaurants are thrifty and don't give their best when preparing food which is part of discount, coupon,or a deal ..But as I said,we bought dinner at full price.
Only good (very good)items were : -dessert- Cinnabon Delights, -drinks- Vanilla and Strawberry Limonada freezes and side of Pintos...
