7-Eleven — Local services in St. Louis

I come to this store almost everyday and never had a problem. However, tonight, I came in the store to get a snack and there were two people behind the counter. When I went up to the counter, only one person was checking people out. The guy behind the counter didn’t say he was open, he just stood up there. He didn’t acknowledge me or say he was open! When another customer, (he apparently knew) came up, he proceeded to help them. The customer informed him that I was waiting in line. I tried to explain to him I didn’t know he was checking people out because he didn’t say anything! He then got an attitude, and said he was standing there all the time. So, after he checked me out… he then started talking about me to the other customers! When I confronted him for being rude, he started yelling and then told me to leave the store. He continued to yell and got hostile with me! Even his coworker told him to take it down a notch! He then profile me, and told me I was walking around the store for 30 minutes! I don’t know what he meant by that! I wasn’t in the store for 30 minutes, but even if I was.. I trying to decide what I wanted to eat. However, what business was it of his? Was he profiling me? Stalking me? I have never been so offended, humiliated, and treated this way by any business! I read the other google reviews about your business, and others have been treated horribly by him! He is extremely rude and too hostile to be working there ! I will be going there tomorrow and will file...

So first I would like to say this is the closest most convenient location therefore I frequent the store often at all times of the day so I have visited during all shifts. The store is fine I liked it okay until about 4 months ago it was very early in the morning I was on my way to work and I was going in for some coffee a lady almost grabbed a coffee pot that was still in making coffee by accident and the older gentleman who still works there behind the counter screamed and yelled at her and reprimanded her like she was a child and she was probably older than him and then the other lady who I who I haven't seen in a while comes running and grabs a coffee pot as she's cussing at the lady I was so disgusted that I stopped going for months. The other day because I was about to run out of gas I was forced to stop there and there's a lady there named Tammy who is the most pleasant kind polite helpful and definitely hard-working woman I have seen working at this locationshe is definitely a pleasant face in the morning to see I've never seen her be rude or even serve a customer without a smile on her face and without greeting and a goodbye and a thank you and I just wanted to make sure that I made this review so that she can get the recognition that she...

I've been a very happy go lucky person and became family to this 7 Evelyn. I spent about 45 dollars a week to 75 $ a week since June 2024 until a Ladie named Tiffany had told me not to come back in the store for changing my mind and throwing away the cup . She had kicked me out . THIER restroom was place I enjoyed keeping it clean everytime I used it. I laughed with every worker there and even ask the owner if I could be welcome there again. He laughed in my face and said that's up to the Manger and she knew how much I prayed and talked about God and she even told me no. I would not recommend ANY1 to come back into that store again .
