GameStop — Local services in St. Louis

Great selection of games and a pretty decent price ranges far as cheap to expensive goes but the service is very shoddy and can be rude or impolite at times or at least that's how it seems to me I always personally go to the GameStop in South County off of Lindbergh and Lemay Ferry Road because the service is tenfold better and the staff is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and very friendly compared to this location but again this is all just my personal opinion I will leave it up to you to decide which place you think is better yes the one in South County may be a little bit further of a ride but I consider it to be personally worth the travel due to the greatness of the service that you receive their and the friendliness of the staff as well and I would give the one in South County a 5-star rating versus this one only getting a 3-star rating and again the only reason I give this one a 3-star rating is because of the service that you receive here the staff doesn't seem to care to help you with anything unless you ask repetitively and they're not very friendly when they do help you with whatever your concerns or needs Maybe but again just my personal experience with this place so I don't go there very often anymore so it could have changed and the staff may have improved by now but I again personally prefer to just take the extra time and go to the South...

Fair-to-amazing prices, great selection, very helpful and friendly staff. Walked in 20 minutes after buying our PS4 to grab some new (to us) games with no foreknowledge of what we wanted. Not only did we find several used titles we liked very quickly at good prices, but one of the salespeople pushed us towards a less expensive but more playable racing game and the other saved us $30 by recommending their discount program to us while we were already spending enough to make it worthwhile. I just had a pretty bizarre experience here. Upon attempting to purchase 3 Skylander figures on sale, the manager informed me that he could only sell me one. He explained that this is because of people reselling them. I've no intention to resell and after some research found that they resell for the same sale price offered. I believe the manager made this restriction up, maybe a bit jaded at the fact of others making money or that he's forced to sell these figures at the discount.
