Biscuit Town is a real gem in Neon Greens at the Grove, and it definitely deserves all five stars. The trendy and unique atmosphere makes you feel welcome and sets you up for a great experience. The service is fantastic and the staff are super friendly, helping you navigate a menu filled with amazing flavors and creative combos.

The biscuits are seriously delicious - they’re incredibly flaky, buttery, and flavorful.. My husband and I split the Sneaky Biscuit and the Hot One -both were packed with balanced flavors and distinct. I loved the savory and tangy on the Sneaky. I'm a big fan of heat and preferred the Hot one (though could have gone hotter personally, though that may be an unpopular opinion) overall would absolutely get both again. The portions were also perfect - not too giant and also totally satisfying. They're also presented super cute which makes for an even more fun experience.

Biscuit Town nails comfort food elevated with gourmet flavors, making for a super satisfying breakfast. I've never had anything like it in St. Louis - seems like a spot you'd be more likely to see on the coasts. So pumped this is here now, and highly recommend...

By far is the best biscuit in STL!! Staff and atmosphere is top tier. The Smokey citrus honey and pickled pepper mayo sauces on the Sneaky Biscuit and Rise N Shine are out of this world. I had bacon added to my Rise N Shine and would definitely recommend. This biscuit is fluffy with a nice structure to the outside to hold its shape for the sandwich. As if it wasn't good enough, thr balance of flavors and fresh ingredients alongside the biscuit left me feeling great (usually a breakfast sandwich would leave me feeling sleepy and overly full). I dined in and ordered the Hot One and the Umami Hashbrowns. Might I say, that was the best chicken sausage I’ve ever had! The biscuit was perfect for the sandwich and so filling.
