Polish Heritage Center — Local services in St. Louis

I am an Event Planner. I have had many clients who request this venue due to its capacity. However, I have not been impressed in recent years with the facility and the Management. He was nasty, unprofessional, and difficult to work with. The venue needs updating and the bathrooms remodeled. This is the only reason I gave it a 2 star rating. But, there is new management. I have spoke to her and I am pleased and encouraged that the venue will be better. I told her I will start recommending the venue again for some of my events. I’ve been to many events at the Polish Heritage house since 2016 from weddings to fashion shows. The air conditioner has always been broken in the changing rooms and back entrance. It is so hot in these areas and the owners always come up with excuses why the air isn’t working. With all the money they bring in, the air should not still be broken after all these years. Before you spend your money, make sure the air is working in the back entrance as well as the changing rooms with the doors closed.
