Where do I start? The whole process of buying a car from them to now has been one of if not the worst experience you can imagine. I bought the car in may, and you'd expect you'd get the title the day of purchase right? NOPE! They didn't have the offices organized and were redoing the interior so they said they'd mail me the title. Guess what? TWO months go by and nothing, no title or anything. so for this entire month of July I have been consistently calling them and wanting to know where my title is and I am met with "We'll get back to you" Awesome! I finally had enough and took time out of my own work week to drive up their and demand the title. Finally after so long of frustration I have that at least! But, it doesn't stop there. My salesperson, Laith, told me that the brakes on the car were brand new and the car was mechanically sound during my purchase! GUESS WHAT, my brakes were not new they were very very worn down, but couldn't be noticed till after buying the car and driving for a few days. Even worse, the car was not mechanically sound, the axles needed to be changed, and the rack and pinion on the car is leaking! MECHANICALLY SOUND?!?! Are you kidding? I've tried reaching out to see what could be done because of the blatant lies they told me after purchasing the car and they hit me with the good ol, "We'll get back to you" SERIOUSLY?!?!

So in the end if you want to get told blatant lies about the cars they have and every time you reach out in terms of a question or anything and want to just hear that'll they'll "get back to you" this is totally the place for you. Stay far far far away from this place, they don't do anything to help me whatsoever during this process except tell me "sorry" Sorry literally does not cut it but what do you do? No takebacks on the cars so I'm stuck with a big mechanic bill now...

Highly recommend y’all don’t buy a car from them I can guarantee it breaks down or has issues they play with people and waist peoples time and money my sister bought a car from them and the same days she bought it it stoped starting fuel pump went out and they sold it to her knowing it was a bad car they gonna make it sound good but they put bad cars on the streets their family up the street does their safety and emissions tests they passed a car with a bad low control arm and other issues that they were aware of this has been A head ache for my sister it’s been a month since she got the car and she got legal services involved they wouldn’t not communicate with her at all regarding the car once an inspector came to see them they offered to fix her car for free they told her about A week after that they wouldn’t answer the phone for her she had to call from other numbers just for them to answer they ignored her and played with her time I feel sorry for them because soon they won’t have a business doing things like this to people if you want a good car go somewhere else. Anywhere but here Bates motors have nice cars for good prices and they won’t play with you like...
