I’m writing this review on behalf of our entire party. We were seated at 10:30 pm. Waiter came and took our drink orders, drinks came out instantly(picnic cups) while others had glasses. Once drink were out the waiter took our order for appetizers(took an hour) durning that hour we also went ahead and gave our dinner orders. Everyone mainly ordered the 4am pasta, it took them an entire hour to tell us that they were all out of pasta and lobster. At this point I’m confused as to why we were informed 1 hour later after our orders were taken that they was out of food. So that was my que to just get up and go and just pay for the appetizers, but we remained patient and just order something else off the menu(salmon supreme), that still took another hour to come out(food was awful). Everyone salmon was under cooked and bland, asparagus was burnt and hard like it was cooked so fast on high heat, mash was the only decent thing on the plate.By this time it’s 1am. The entire restaurant is on edge by now, other parties have gotten up and left, waiters frustrated because the energy in the place is hostile. We weren’t initially up set and decided to wait 3 hours because we were so use to patronizing the business, which the food and presentation was always great. But to see the owner come from out back among the guest and not come to any of the guest and apologize was mind blowing. His only concern was getting paid for his loss poor service and trifling food(aside from appetizers). He literally sat at the register to ensure that the waiter rung each of us up for our entire bill(no compensation) and made sure we paid and didn’t leave without. As we are walking out with uneaten food on the table!! he couldn’t even look up and say thanks for coming or sorry about tonight. Not 1 single word to the guest who just spent over $100 on disgusting food. I will never eat here again. Not off the strength it was just day 2 and you had to iron kinks out, but the fact you’re a business owner and couldn’t even own up to your mess ups. Where was the accountability, where was the compensation, where was...
Read moreId give no stars but it wont let me post without at least giving 1!!! I thought I was getting pranked. My friend got there maybe 10 min before me. When I walked in she was standing at the front waiting to be seated. We stood there for a good 25 min just waiting for someone to acknowledge us, all the while the workers seen us and kept walking by without saying a word. So I walked to to the back and asked if someone was gone help us because we've just been standing up front. the worker said, ok i'll tell someone, all the while she was one of the 3 that kept walking by us as if we were invisible. So we're still standing up front waiting for someone to come. So then a lady came and served one of the tables towards the front and told us that she would be with us in a min and walked back to the back. So we still waiting, its abt 35 min now and we still standing waiting. Now all the workers still walking back in forth past us but nobody is saying anything to us still. So I stopped the girl again and ask is the manager here, she said yea the one with the pony tail. So this was the lady who told us she'd be with us but still aint came back to say nothing and steady walking past us. So after abt 45 min a Arionna( the black waitress) came to the front and asked if we'd been helped, at this point you probably could see fire coming from our head. So we explained our frustration, she apologized and said come on i'll sit you. We walk to the back to be seated, then here comes the manager coming up to us saying, we're not seating anymore. We went off in a polite way and told her how unprofessional that was and this will horrible customer service! All she did was looked at us and said I know basically, no apology no nothing. So right after all this happened we my friend and I went back up to the front and stood there and discussed whether or not we should go slap the lady and a black guy walked in. The same lady came right to the front, smiling and politely told the man that they werent taking any more orders at this time. Anyways Arionna was great but I will...
Read more2.5 Stars because the Food is delicious however the service is bad! We went twice. On the first night, we were seated immediately but it took 15 mins before the waitress took our order and there were only 3 tables seated in the entire restaurant so I’m not sure what took so long! But the food was worth every cent! We had the shrimp Alfredo and the turkey ribs and loaded fries! They don’t serve alcohol because they don’t have a license so that sucked really was in the mood for wine.
Second time was the very next day for brunch which is SUPPOSED to be from 11-3pm. We arrived at 230 waited 10 mins for the host to come to the door (they were not busy at all about 2 tables filled). At 2:40 the host comes to greet us and immediately tells us that they stop seating at 230! We were upset that we got dressed, brought our family out in 20 degree weather, traveled downtown only to be TURNED AROUND! DO NOT publicize on your social media that you are servicing until 3 and you’re really serving until 2:30! ALSO, when I made a comment about this on their IG page they BLOCKED me! Rude to treat customers this way and not even address their dissatisfaction or experience even with a simple apology! Unfortunately they won’t last long with their...
