my experence with Digital Products International Inc has been very crappy the customer service, suspervisors and manager and even corporation esculation departments of (1) home shopping network out of the state of florida one of jeb bush's friends (2) Assurion out of the great state of tennesse and the city of nashville. Assurion has my broken tv and refuses to fix it under extented warranty with HSN. (3) Digital Products wants me to pay them 75 dollars an hour plus 75.00 to ship to them for an extremely crappy television they manufactured. I purchased the television for $399.99 from HSN on November 30,2014 on christmas special and open the package on christmas day December 25, 2014 and piece of crap GPX television lasted to January 10, 2015. I am a retired Ballistic missile Submarine disabled veteran and if you are an active duty member of the military or veteran stay away from these three companies and their products. over 100 telephone calls I made and extremely poor customer service and can only resolve this matter through the court system here in california. to think I spent over 10 years under water day for day to defend this country making 19 ballistic missile patrols for the jackass corporate leaders of three these three companies. Remember if you are a active duty member or veteran stay away from these companies and their crappy products. Military members and veterans Please pass the word on social media. Thank you fellow veterans for your help in...
ย ย ย Read moreI purchased the massage gun from a retailer back in Nov as a christmas gift. We were excited to try it out after opening it. The instructions said to charge for 3-4 hours before use, so we did. It actually charged for 6 hours. Unplugged it from the charger and pressed the power button - the only button on the unit. The unit indicated it was fully charged and it started to work and massaged away. BUT that was short lived - it only worked for approximately 1 minute. All of the power indicators were now off. I pressed the only button on it a few times, even pressed and held it in for about 30 seconds - nothing. I had no receipt so I called DPI. I got a foreign speaking man named Alex. He talked me through the basics: charge it, press the power button, etc. He then told me to look real hard for the proof of purchase - which I said I didn't have and he would email me asking for a copy of the receipt so he could get a warranty claim in. I believe Alex is totally missing the point. He said it was still under warranty, but why do I need to show proof of purchase when I have the box and unused item? I wish I could give 0 stars. I will be very alert to not purchase items from this distributor, or whatever they...

The earbuds failed after two months, I purchased a warranty. However, after contacting f.y.e. I found out the product was still covered under the manufacturer warranty. Great...no! I had to pay for one-way shipping for the broken product and the customer service representative kept stating that paying for their faulty product to be fixed or replaced was policy and that it will take 7-10 business days for me to receive my replacement. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???!!! You people are crazy. Next time I buy something I'm going to make sure you aren't the manufacturer because this is some BULL...!
I spent $40 for these headphones because they are convenient when working out or driving. Just to be inconvenienced by this company on replacing my product. I will never, I repeat NEVER purchase anything else from your company. This review will help others decide whether they want to purchase from you in the future. I don't...
